- subject to payment of participation fee till February 21, 2013 the discount is 10%;

Please, pay your attention:
organization fee (participation fee) doesn’t cover the costs on fare, transfer to the hotel, accommodation and breakfasts.
All-Ukrainian association “Information Security and Information Technologies” is not VAT payer.
Non-participation
Notice about non-participation in Forum should be sent in written form by e-mail with further confirmation sent by post. If notice is sent before the 15th of March, 2013, the participation fee, with a deduction of UAH 1 500 (to cover organizational expenses), shall be payed back. If the notice about non-participation is sent after 15th of March 2013 the participation fee will not be payed back.
Hotels
Forum organizers offer participants use special hotel deals "Kozatskiy" for room booking for the period from 09 to 13 April 2013.
For booking at a special offer single / double standard rooms, rooms such as "comfort" and “junior suite” are available.
To the participants attention the quantity of rooms in the hotel “Kozatskiy” is limited.
The Forum organizers help you in booking a room in the hotel “Kozatskiy”. If you need to book a room in the hotel “Kozatskiy” please inform us in your application and complete the form.

References for thesis of the reports formatting
The texts of thesis of the reports of the participants should be as files in format *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf, *.odt.
Content – no more then one page of А4 format.
Font - Times New Roman 14 pt, line spacing - one-and-a-half.
In the title of thesis of the reports should be indicated name of the report, names and initials of the authors, name of the organization, city, country, contact information.
Language of the report – English, Ukrainian or Russian, is selected by the author.
Files with thesis of the reports should be sent by e-mail .
References for presentations of the reports formatting
Presentations of the reports should be as files in format *.ppt, *.pptx, *.otp.
Content - 15-20 slides.
Language of the report – English, Ukrainian or Russian, is selected by the author.
Presentations should be sent by e-mail .
Presentations are accepted by the 20th of March, 2013.
Program Committee examine materials sent by March 20, 2013 in order of priority and make the final decision on inclusion in the forum program.
Program Committee examine only materials prepared according to the recommendations.
Materials received from authors are not additionally edited.
By submitting materials author automatically accepts publication on the web-site Forum.
